1. Delivery
   1. As soon as the order payment confirmed delivery process will be started as per the delivery option selected by the Customer.
   2. Till Delivery only we would take care of the responsibilty of the product for any damagess by any of the natural conditons.
   3. Customer have the right to deney the acceptance of the parcel at any background.
   4. If any damages occured in transit of the returning items company will not be liable for any liabilities unless we have arranged the pickup and if so will be maximum of the given price of the product while purchasing.
   5. Any delay in the delivery as more than the said delivery time will be liable wave off to the maximum of the delivery charges if collected while making that particular order.
2. Returns
   1. You have the right to get the product return according to the product return policy. Return policy will be defined for each product which is available in product details as well as order details. Each product return policy will have the infromation such as whether item can be retuned or not, time-frame for returning an item, ie, within how many days item has to initiate return and description.
   2. All type of manufacturing defects will be covered under return policy unless it is used. You have to raise a manufacturing defect replacement request within one days from the date of delivery in the chazkids customer care centre.
   3. The returning items should not be used or in damaged condition. All the tags should be as such you received.
   4. Washed garments products will not considered as unused.
   5. Our products are having better in color fastness but still we cannot guarantee colour fastness as color fastness depends on various factors like natural water in different areas and different types of detergents or other washing aids and chemicals available in the market.
   6. Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Chazkids team.
   7. For those items that we do not manufacture, we do not engage in any type of guarentee for any of the charcteristics of the product while using or using in combinaiton of other materials or substances, For those items you have to contact the particular brand customer care for further assitance.
   8. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
   9. Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
   10. Even If you have used the free shipping facility while sending new item as a replacement you will not be eligible for the free shipping.
