Return & Refund Policy

This facility is available only in case of any manufacturing defects and to be returned within 7 Days. Please make use of our size chart before placing the order.

Kindly attach the unboxing video to request a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all price tags and brand tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we Received the product , we will refund the amount with original payment method within 4 working days and replacements will be done from our end within 4 days.

Customer can return by sending the product to our Kochi office by courier (Address Given Below).

Refunds and payment information (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are refund request approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 4 days after receiving your product for replacement.

Confirmation of Refunds
Confirm your refund within 4 days in your original payment method through your Credit Card/Bank Account/UPI Statement for confirmation
Credit card and Bank account might take more than 48 hours after 4days of processing for refund and if still not received your refund please contact us at chazkidscare@gmail.com.

SALE Items
Refund policy is application only on non Discounted items. Items with the Seasonal SALE / Special Discount / Stock Clearance Discount,  etc.. are not eligible for refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with in 7 days after the delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ChazKidsCare@gmail.com and send your item to Kochi Location. (Address Given Below)


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Kochi Location (Address Given Below).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Time delay for Replacements may vary depending on your location and courier service

For international Customers we dont entertain any exchanges or returns or refunds
